Accounting · Xero bookkeeping
Monthly, quarterly or yearly bookkeeping on Xero for Hong Kong companies, with up-to-date figures whenever you need them.
Who it is for
We keep the books for companies that would rather spend their time running the business, from new start-ups to Hong Kong subsidiaries of overseas groups.
New companies that want proper records from the first transaction.
Businesses whose volume has outgrown spreadsheets or a part-time bookkeeper.
Hong Kong subsidiaries that report to a parent company abroad.
Companies with months or years of records to bring up to date.

What we do
We agree the frequency and the reports you need before we start. The service can include:
Why Xero
Xero is cloud accounting software, so there is one set of books that everyone works from.
See cash, sales and outstanding invoices whenever you log in.
Transactions arrive from the bank automatically, which keeps reconciliations quick.
Ledgers and supporting documents are already organised when the audit starts.
Documents
We agree a monthly or quarterly cut-off date. By then we usually need:
Process
Once set up, the work follows the same rhythm every period.
We review your records, then set up or move your books to Xero.
We agree the frequency, cut-off dates and the reports you need.
We record transactions and reconcile the bank, sending queries in batches.
You receive management accounts each period and a year-end pack ready for audit.
Fees
We quote a fixed fee for the agreed frequency. The main factors are:
The number of transactions, invoices and bank accounts.
Monthly, quarterly or yearly work, and the management reports you need.
Whether there is a backlog or records that need cleaning up first.
Questions
We work mainly on Xero because it gives you and us the same up-to-date view of the books. If you use spreadsheets or other software, we can move your records to Xero, usually from the start of a financial year or month.
Your company does. You keep control of the Xero organisation and can give or remove our access at any time.
Yes. Send us what records you have and we will agree an order of work, usually the oldest year first, so that audits and tax returns can follow one after another.
Monthly suits most active businesses, because bank reconciliations stay small and you see current figures. Quarterly or yearly can work for companies with few transactions.
A closed, reconciled set of books in Xero with year-end schedules, ready for the audit and the Profits Tax return.

Experience
We are a Xero partner, and our team includes Xero certified advisors. Because we are also auditors, we keep the books with the year-end audit and Profits Tax return in mind.
Send us your latest audited accounts and group chart. We will reply with a fee quote and a proposed timetable.
