A new company is usually ready in about eight working days after we receive complete information, and a ready-made company in about three working days. Government processing time is separate.
Typically an annual return to the Companies Registry, renewal of business registration, a registered office address in Hong Kong, a company secretary, an up-to-date significant controllers register and designated representative, and a Profits Tax return filed with audited financial statements.
